100 words is not some silly writing game. In this age where everyone is always on the run, a concise blog entry is far more favorable than a meandering and lengthy diatribe. Studies demonstrate that it is easier for most readers to follow a daily series of brief entries than to wade through one long weekly synopsis. The ability to consistently produce brief, yet, colorful content is a talent I continue to nurture. 100 words is a purlieu, a place I visit frequently, as an opportunity to exercise my writing within the constriction of rules designed to sharpen my skills.
