Americans are often stereotyped by the rest of the world as snooty jerks with superior attitudes. Henry Rollins urges his listeners to get their passports and see some of the world. He's not calling for us to abandon the country, but rather to venture beyond the borders of the USA and get some perspective. America was born of immigrants seeking a better life and the opportunities freedom offers. Diversity is a huge part of our national identity; sadly, we have lost the sense of where we came from in this push to prove who we are.
